Works pretty decently as we needed a better way to contact everyone even if they weren't here for a few days.

What I don't like is that there is no way of known if an individual has received and/or read the notification.

Small group or 1 on 1 messaging without having to share personal cell # between staff members. Being remote 100% has been a challenge but Crew saved our team.

When wanting to give a quick thumbs up or respond without words, it is difficult to understand how this is done or how to simply react to a message.

A little feedback from staff about late PM messaging, but that also happened in a group text too. The task assignments are a little difficult to edit recurring tasks.

When someone joins it sends an intro to the whole group, some find that embarrassing.

It is a great way for our team to communicate more effectively and efficiently and with less confusition on who messages are intended for.

Lots of space for file storage and sharing. Immediate responses and notifications when someone needs help.

We love it using Crew for our scheduling and communication between co-workers.

My partner company started with crew, then left to a competitor product that turned out to be awful for our needs.

Super easy deployment, versatility in how your structure the communication portals and makes schedule switching functional.

My only complaint would be that here and there I won't get notifications through the app and I miss important messages.

You couldn't create a schedule without it going out to the staff.

I love how easy the software is to use for communicating with other crew members. It's quick and effective and linking your number allows for quick access.

It is easy to send a mass text to all of my staff and we are able to send announcements to everyone quickly. It makes communicating simple information to everyone quickly and effectively.

It's so easy to use and keep the whole crew connected and communicating.

I love Google meet it's an amazing app for team members can message other team members. If you use all the features of G suite then this is an amazing app for you to use.

There are issues with audio receiving etc. It is also oversimplified so it is also boring compared to it’s competitors such as messenger, imessage etc.

The one downside with this platform is the lack of additional features it has, compared to other videoconferencing tools.

The UI is beautiful and simple on both desktop and mobile, without any unnecessary options to overwhelm a user. Its great and unique features —I personally love the live captions and calendar syncing.

Start a big conference is easy and safe for all the team. In general the quality of the sound and image is good and the signal is stable, even when there are a lot of elements that can affect this.

Often grainy, slow, and hard to hear other users. Many users also often have trouble dialing in and connecting to the meeting.

It is very hard to use and not intuitive. For example, it is hard to set up a group and call.

This is a excellent tool keep you cost of you business low. You can have a virtual meeting with your customer and staff everywhere in the world.

Very bad experience i would add professional experience as i was an interview with a national Hungarian radio...We had so much problems before and during the interview.

It is integrated  with gmail account and it help me to have a contact with my team mates easily. Group call facility was very helpful.

Like most Google products, the more of them you use the better each one becomes. Google Meet has great integrations with Gmail and other Google products that make it easy to use.

To keep costs down, I call them with Google Hangouts. Great connectivity - and the quality is so good that I even use it to call my parents.

Very easy to use, multiple people can log in, very easy to present your screen. The feature to accept or reject a participant is very excellent which helps in increasing the security of the call.

The video quality is beyond doubt the best. Google servers are the best, and they use those servers and give the best video quality even on low bandwidth.

Overall I've been happy with videochat quality, integration with google calendar, sharing capabilities and strongly recommend for business and personal video calls.

I am very happy with the way Hangouts is. I am happy I can have conversations with others without the glitches that some of the other apps have.

The ability to see other messages while also looking at email is great, and the video call feature is especially useful.

Overall I like the ease of functionality from switching between chatting to a video chat since we are working remotely it is nice to have that feature.

If the person gone offline then it doesn't show that person offline till the time 15 minutes is passed.

Overall my experience with Google meet is very good. Overall its features are very basic and easy to understand and good for any company looking for inexpensive video conferencing solutions.

Love how easy it is to use - great connectivity and the other person doesn't have to have a google account to accept the phone call.

Google Meet is a video conferencing app. It is the business-oriented version of Google's Hangouts platform and is suitable for businesses of all sizes. The solution enables users to make video calls with up to 30 users per high-definition video meeting.


The app allows users to join pre-scheduled meetings from calendar events, choose a link, enter meeting code and even dial in from their phones if the invitation includes a phone number. Google Meet integrates with G Suite versions of Google Calendar and Gmail and shows the complete list of participants and scheduled meetings. It shows a "join" button for users to connect to the meeting and provides options to mute and turn off the video during the meeting.
