Simple and Perfect

Team communication has never been so trouble free before.

PROS

The UX is simple to understand and you can easily understand the product in one go. Have used slack for a long time and it's a becoming cumbersome process to use slack nowadays. Moreover, I love the Video/Conference Call feature. Attendance Bot is another boon for marking attendance easily.

CONS

Can work on the UI part, though it's simple to understand, maybe work on the colours and images part.

Very happy customer

Very good business. A genuine advance in technology. Very high quality video makes all the difference. You feel as if you’re in the same room.

PROS

The video quality is very good. A very reliable tool for communication. Video conferencing is excellent. Linking a phone app to a website url, without the need to install any software on your pc (running though a url alone) makes it a very useful tool. Perfect functionality.

CONS

Occasional issues. All very quickly resolved. It felt very good to have such a quick response and fix to these minor (yet annoying) issues. An example that was fixed immediately was sound quality during screen sharing. Jungleworks fixed it immediately.

Very Easy to Use

PROS

The attendance management via GeoFence is a stand feature out of the box along with the whatsapp like chat platform.

CONS

The connections and integrations are not the best but they are very fast on executing requests.

Great Software to communicate

Haven't had any issues yet, great way to connect with the team.

PROS

Fugu is amazing software to collaborate with the team. Has a great UI, and makes it easy to connect with users.

CONS

I would recommend to improve the audio feature. Sometimes it lags, hopefully overtime it improves. Option to download a desktop version, would also be great.
