Overall I find Chat a helpful inexpensive and quick support program.

Over all we have ahd such a great move to Chat and the team really likes the UI.

If someone is looking for the best option for chatting, gChat should the best among all. And the extend at which chat is adding features it great to use for chatting, calling, video, etc.

My only complaint is that once in a while google goes down and thus chat is not available.

As a part of our Google Workspace, it helps integrate communication within the entire network of our employees with such an ease.

Google chat was priceless during the pandemic. I used it to keep in touch with clients and discuss progress.

Google Chat allows users to create groups and rooms. This can be confusing as rooms are located in a different section of the chat so messages can sometimes get lost.

The best advantage is creating chat rooms for certain or all G-Suite users. It's easy to use and it does not have the same limits as Hangouts chat.

I think it is missing a few functions for the group chat function.

Overall this is a great addition to the Google suite, I like that the chat is very easy to use for one to one or for a group chat.

Some spam users are easily adding us to unwanted groups which makes its feel bad each time u need to report spam and come out from the channel.

Perfect, it is a very complete software, the photos are downloaded with a good quality, unlike other applications. I would recommend this application to anyone as it is easy to use and very efficient.

I have been using it for 9 months now since we got into this pandemic and it's very funny and easy to use just that I don't feel safe because of the policy and some settings.
