I really like that Groupme is easy and simple to use and a great way to keep our team in contact with each other. It is a great platform to connect everyone and chat between each other.

It has a huge leg up on other software's like apples group messaging, and its features and functionality really set the software apart.

Sometimes the notifications turn off without me knowing it and I've missed a few messages that way. Doesn't allow for video chats, so I have to use another app for that.

I like the ability to meet with groups effectively and still be able to have conversations with them continuously.

My favorite part about the app, is there anybody can join but if they have an iPhone or an android phone.

I was glad to move up to using another messaging software for my team. I will say this was great in a pinch when we needed to have coordinated messaging during an event.

We were blessed to come across GroupMe for our business. We can update techs and crewmembers while they are onsite without having to call and interrupt what they are doing to get them the needed info.

GroupMe is a great way to stay connected to field techs and crewmembers.

Easy to navigate and use for important messages regarding the team.

I love that anyone can use GroupMe, no matter where they live and what type of phone they have. It makes the process of messaging seamless, especially for messages with a lot of people in it.

What I like the least is how difficult it is to leave a group once the reason I joined it is over.

I also love that you can like messages, send out invites that people can interact with, and keep track of people in the group as well as set messages to do not disturb.

There are not to many flaws in the GroupMe software, however I have found an issue with sometimes when groups get large it can glitch and not allow you to add a member.

Group me also has incredible features like a like button on the side of messages that shows who has liked it. On of their other incredible features is the ability to send polls.

I don't think there are any features that I don't like about this product.

The service is good, its free, and is a huge benefit to communicate with large groups.

It's missing many features I would consider basic for example the UI looks dated.

This can be resolved through other methods on the software, but can prove to be a small inconvenience.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about the software. I'm used to texting people and forget to use this app instead.

Again, it’s really quite simple to use, almost anyone can learn it, and it’s a great way to push out announcements, events, promotions, etc to the entire team at once.

It’s simple, easy to use and I use it for many things.

The only thing I don't like about groupme is that you have to download the app to use it properly.

It's been hard to get everyone started since we're all used to texting people. It seems easy to use so far.

Additionally, I have had many spammers try to contact me through GroupMe, an issue I don't have with my default messaging app.

The best solution for secure chat available. Works on desktop, laptop, and phone, so you can always get your messages.

Download time was rough but that might of been my computer had lag alot.

I was impressed with the chat quality and the features of the program like emoticons, chatting, you can send pictures to your friends and family.

Works great for the price. You can use on desktop and mobile phone which has helped me with being on call all the time.

I am very pleased with Trillian. The installation is smooth and it's quite easy to use.

The PC chat window is a little confusing for us at times.

We love the ease of communicating safely across the office and when we are out of the office.

I love how easy this is as well as the ability to have group chats.

Working in a remote office, it is imperative that I remain in touch with my teammates. Trillian helped me do that in a simple, effective way with an easy-to-use, pleasant interface.

With our company being a phone based company, it is sometimes hard to get a hold of our employees when problems or emergency issues come up.

It may have more functionality but it’s hard to find.

There is not much we don't like about this software.

The layout was pretty much like messenger and it was easy to navigate. It is simple and easy to use.

The sign in on VMware is a bit tricky, in terms of the password, etc. but it's doable.

I like that it just for my business. Very secure and responsive.

Support is an instant message away which is amazing. I have had issues resolved in less than 5 min which is a life saver when running a business.

It gets the job done with no real frills. If you need a lower cost solution this would definitely work.

The software is solid, secure, and easy to use. The support is phenomenal.

We use this software daily throughout the entire company. It is a great IM option and once you learn it it’s pretty easy to use.
