Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the app for your phone, makes it all so easier and in the same system.

  • Easy to use, great practice integration, easy to use app!

  • Cons

  • Customer support is pretty good, but could be more timely.

  • Mass texting only works for one day at a time. We love to do giveaways and it would be great if we could set up a mass text to send to all of our patients.

  • Pros

  • It's really easy to use and with a great price.

  • This software is very easy to use. The new format released looks nice and handles our support needs in a very seamless manner.

  • Cons

  • Initially, UI was confusing. Gets a little time for initial setup. Once the setup is done, it becomes easy to use.

  • With the simplicity of Zoho Desk came a lack of more advanced tools. Otherwise, no complaints.
