A tool that serves every business simultaneously

Overall, I am happy with Connect. Regarding project progress, Connect helps us all to stay on the same page. For my team and me, Connect makes everything transparent as we can communicate instantly. Prior to that, we used other tools, but they provided no help in real-time collaborations. After years of trying and failing, I can safely say that Connect is the most effective for myself and my coworkers.

PROS

Using Connect, you can charm your customers with Omni channel customer service using its intelligent, reliable, and automated helpdesk ticketing system. Moreover, it helps meet the needs of different businesses at the same time.

CONS

The screen-popping upgrade notifications, such as ""New update available,"" which appear after every update, did not particularly appeal to me. Also, it should be either weekly or monthly. Additionally, whenever a call ends, it takes a while for the connection to end, which can be frustrating when you are short of time. Otherwise, Connect is all good!

A complete collaboration experience

This tool is fantastic! Our teams can instantly share images, videos, and even documents to help other coworkers complete the project and provide the project before the deadline.

PROS

Workhub connect provided us with a complete experience of the chat and other collaboration features. Our teams can easily create channels and start conversations with everyone.

CONS

Sometimes, a person shows online, but upon calling, the tools say the person is offline. I think the developers can fix this bug.

Uninterrupted Internal Communication With WorkHub Connect.

We started using this software in the COVID-19 era, but we found it very useful that, to date, it is our primary communication method within the team. The task and board feature enables the manager to see the performance of every employee.

PROS

It is the best software for a one-to-one private call with a client or a conference call with the team. Our organization has received ultimate benefits after we started using WorkHub Connect. The best feature is the internal admin control over all employee activities.

CONS

Within the internal chat feature, there is sometimes a glitch in the boards, and the notification does not disappear, which is annoying. Apart from this, I found this software very helpful.

It is the solution to your remote working problem. Every employee is connected and in front of you with a live headshot. It is a recommended tool for every team working in multiple offices and needs to ensure that everyone has access to each other.

PROS

It is the best tool out there for employee connectivity. Team members can send images, videos, and other documents anytime through the tool. There is no limit to chatting and calling as well.

CONS

The loading time is the con here, as sometimes it takes too much time to load files and even the tool. The speed-time should be increased in the tool to compete with other big brands. Apart from it, Workhub Connect is super easy and effective.

WorkHub Connect is more than a communication software. It offers video, voice, and file sharing. It is also suitable for online coordination. Its analytics are also impressive and helpful in managing the online presence of the team members.

CONS

There are no severe flaws in the software; only I face a small problem: it shows update messages repeatedly, even though I have updated this software many times.

Workhub connect the best choice for remote teams. Our company has been using it for some time, and we have found that it's best for calls, file sharing, and checking real-time employee performance.

PROS

I love the screen sharing option in workhub connect because it offers many features with only one click. You can start webinar presentations, sales conversations, and even have a quick call with team members without any lagging.

CONS

Some tools have introduced a background change feature, but not in this tool. So, this tool should also include this feature.
