However most tools have not been update enough to change the way people work. The Yac team is changing the way people work and is constantly listening to user feedback and making updates. Yac can be used to give feedback for Yac in a way that does not take a huge cognitive load. Cons: The biggest challenge with Yac is that it has not been adopted by enough of the people that I work with. Once people use the tool, they tend to love it and we can do much better work. Being able to just record (or re-record) a concise message for the team is key. When you over-talk something you tend to drain the recipient of the message so it's helped a ton with creating more impactful/intentional conversations with others.
