It's a little hard to remember where to go for everything. I find myself looking around  and choosing wrong areas for things I need to do at times.

I like using MobilityCentral and would like to find time to really concentrate on some of the features that would be helpful to me and use it to its full potential.

MobilityCentral has helped us track usage and spend habits of our employees, and keep them informed of policies, charges, their usage trends, and more.

Ease of use couldn't be better and the reporting features are outstanding.

Customer Service and Optimization Recommendations are fantastic.

My contact has been amazing and responds to my questions quickly as well as regularly checking in to see if I need anything. He also informs me about new features that could be helpful.

I am in communication with them daily and they are always responsive to questions. Another benefit is the cost savings we are realizing from their quarterly optimization recommendations.

Navigating the site can be confusing for employees. They tend to have questions about how to submit a request and how to pull a report.

You can not access real time data. There is so much information offered, it can be difficult to search for what you need.

We have saved all of our customers thousands of dollars a month with Mobility Central. The reporting and ease of use are our favorite features.

They've helped us cancel zero-usage lines that we were paying for monthly and also reassigned lines to more cost effective wireless plans.

The support staff is amazing to work with and truly cares about the user experience as well as developing features important to the user.

It's easy to use and the interface is clean. You can run detailed reports on every aspect of mobility and it keeps your companies mobility footprint extremely organized.

Visage also offers excellent customer service and is a great asset to our company.

The teams/manager login functionality is a little buggy. I've had some odd renaming of teams forcing me to lose access privilege settings.

It is easy to see when someone has a high bill because of too much data, or international calling so you can act accordingly.

Motus is great since we can add geofence, give us a great trip history report. Motus also helps us with gas price difference.

M traveling the States and don’t even know its there but it is on. M happy with Motus not Happy with gas prices.

The phone number is hidden and I've never waited less than a half hour on hold. Emailing for help is excruciatingly slow and painful.

Motus has taken my mind off worrying about if my time and mileage are entered correctly. I would highly recommend it.

My complaints are the same as virtually ever other users' complaints.

The only thing I don't like is that it tends to be hard on the battery.

The software is intuitive and very easy to use.

This software is easy to use and User Friendly.

Either way, if you're using it to track and get reimbursed for your mileage, it is very likely you are getting screwed.

I've been using for several years now, great experience and the pros I mentioned above have become better ad more reliable over time.

Aside from this, if one reads the complaints, these are the exact same complaints that many others have expressed about this app for years.

Overall the app works well tracking my mileage. It would be helpful if there was an integration with an app such as Waze.

Everything about the app is very easy to use. The best part is the customer service.

Customer support is terrible, they pay pennies on the dollar to the people using it. A lot of trips don't sync.

This is a great solution to keep track of mileage and locations. The app auto records you trips and you just have to clear out the personal miles.

The admin portal gives the greater amount of info and is more complex, but that is necessary. This was one of my favorite roll outs I’ve ever done because the process was so easy and painless.

The phone all is seamless and efficient. Useful tool for many different business functions.
