I wouldn't be able to log in sometimes for 15 minute increments and that was frustrating have to troubleshoot the problem.

Very complete software package, having an integrated dialer, lead management and reporting tool is awesome.

It was good to handle the information and the disposition was easy to do with keyboard shortcuts.

Pretty good phone system and allows me to do my job smoothly.

Their support is second to none, I dealt with their support team many times and I have to say I was very pleased with their willingness to help.

The interface is intuitive both to support and end user. The organization capabilities and download file types help me accomplish my tasks with relative ease.

The interface of the software is easy to read and understand. Easy to navigate around.

There was a 2-3 second delay between patient answering and connecting to the agent. We lost quite a few prospects b/c of this.

It's horrible to implement, the support is awful, it also uses mechanics that are impossible to understand with minimal documentation.

I've had them blame my OS being too old, too new, the wifi is too slow, I updated to fast. The reality is that five9 is the only software that has trouble running on my 2019 Macbook pro.

I like how easy it is to utilize, and the ability to quickly start using the service once it has been installed on a desktop.

Not only is it user friendly and easy to set up and management, the reporting functions are great and customizable. So easy to add/remove users and update skills.

Now for the last four months we have been plagued with issues. Forced log outs, cant log back in.

The benefits I got from this software is a great quality inbound call service center for a reasonable cost. It is incredibly easy to learn and use regularly.

The system is, sadly, a huge pain on the admin and user side. Even as an admin, you had to call to make the smallest change.

They provide business solutions on a reasonable price.

It's very bad to think you've lost a call when one side or the other was just muted. You potentially leave a cell.

The customer service was excellent; they were attentive and readily available. You could listen live to calls, recordings, etc. to aid in complaint resolution.

It is very plain, and it is hard to see the small and inconspicuous buttons sometimes.

It's what you want with a service like this. We just set up our scripts, callers and sales funnels and pressed Go.

We never had such a good all in one software that basically runs our call center. Its ease could be taught to anyone and its great that we can monitor and step in on calls too right from our own desk.

Filtering and doing specific searches can be more difficult to navigate.

The staff at Sales Sling are friendly and helpful, and were always prompt and courteous when we needed support or had questions.

The only thing i don't like is when you have two windows open it wont let you use the soft phone. Then you have to close out the windows hit shift+ F5 and re-sign in.

This Product saves time on dialing productivity and has a callback and reminder feature that keeps you on top of follow-up,  Stages, and Closing.

Leads are hard to find from calls made 60 days and over.

Can't think of anything about Sales Sling that's negative.

The system structure and functionalities are superb. And the tech support team is always very helpful.

Ability to make calls extremely fast with one touch dialing and one button logging. There is a lot to love about this CRM if you need your people to make calls at a rapid pace.

The function ability and ease of use is incredible never though it could be so easy. The monitoring is probably the best though.

The software is user friendly and easy to train your CSR on.

This system includes all the basic functions most small call centers require, but may be missing features found in more expensive alternatives.

They know and get support tickets done super quick. They are also always on top of their game on updates and knowing whats wrong as soon as it occurs.

The system is very simple to use and is pretty self explanatory.

Much easier to use then sales force. I truly like that  it has an integrated phone and can be used as a dialer.
