Connectivity was more of a problem than we anticipated. Not sure if it was Bluestream or just user error.

Frequent connection problems. However, IRONICALLY, you ask my feedback today, when YESTERDAY was the first time that no connection was able to be made.

We like the ease of adding other people and translators to the call as well as transferring the call.

Deputy has a pretty good system in place for tracking projects and cost accounting.

It makes very easy to manage employees and their time off. The time management feature is very useful and allows to organize projects better.

We are only using this software for time tracking (not scheduling) and we have a small set of folks that need to track their hours, so this was perfect for us at $2.50/user/month.

Having troubles in updating the sick/carer's leave directly into MYOB (Deputy is not supportive)and case sensitive as well.
