Pros/Cons
Pros
- Ease of use (email link) and great video quality. The tools are very useful for exercise prescription and allow me to provide clients with something tangible to take away from the appointment.
- Very pleased with the product and have recommended to many of my colleagues. All of my team are now using COVIU and have positive experiences as well.
- The ease of use and the flexibility of what to use it on and how is just brilliant. No need to download anything for clients.
Cons
- An occasional problem occurs with connectivity but i think that is due to problems with faulty or unstable internet connections.
- Some connection problems occasionally but more likely due to poor internet in remote regions than due to the application itself.
- I sometimes have connection problems but I think that is my internet connection not the software.
Pros
- It has been the best software we using are using here in South Africa Cape Town. Its privacy policy is up to standards ... its staff is friendly and very helpful in time of assistance.
- SENSITIVE CONTENT] from Medesk is an amazing guy who know his stuff and will help you above and beyond.
- Quickly to learn, easy to use. For our small company this is the best solution for now.
Cons
- I lost one month talking to the company and felt that I am asking them for a favour until I lost my patient and cansal my direct debit for the Medesk.
- Very poor service and need lot of improvements.
- I have also ask for refund of the first monthly pay as I never managed to use the softwere and still no refund given.
