### About CDoc

CyberMed is an integrated cloud-based medical solution that is suitable for practices in a variety of specialties. Key features include electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing functionalities along with chronic care management (CCM) services.

CyberMed's EHR module helps users to maintain digital patient records and offers features such as insurance verification, patient wait time and visit monitor, medical charting and more. The solution's CDoc application helps doctors to monitor their patient's health and provide consultations via video chat.

CyberMed also offers users mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, which allows them to manage their operations remotely and send appointment reminders to the patients via automated text and voice messages. Additionally, CyberMed's EHR helps users to manage various CCM services such as structured patient information recording, an electronic care plan, access to care management services and care transaction management.

Services are offered on a per-visit basis that includes support via phone and email.
