I love how they have a free option if you don’t use the products as often as others. I love that it’s so easy to send the link to your clients.

The simplicity - it's great that the client does not need to download and install anything - not all clients are very computer savvy.

Sometimes based on internet service providers, the service can be slow. But this is an outside problem.

This is a super simple browser-based application that gets you connected with your provider in a snap. I like that it's simple and intuitive.

If either the user or the consumer does not have a good internet connection, it may result in blurry and lagging pictures may be blurry or simply dropped connections.

We used this software twice during the pandemic to visit with my dad's cardiologist, it was so easy to use and the quality was great.

Poor customer service access even for premium/paid service and frequent loss of service completely. I would say it drops more than half of my sessions and I have to finish by phone.

One of the things I most like about this software is the clients using it do not require an account. As a therapist, I appreciate privacy and the HIPPA compliance.

You have to have a cellphone to use the phone feature, there is no softphone for laptop/desktop for direct calls, you have to dial through an intermediary number.

Some  functions are not easily implementable such as blocking unwanted phone numbers or rerecording personal messages, though they  do  explain it quite clearly  on their APP customer guide.

This is a great software for communicating with patients/doctors. I am a user (patient) who uses Spruce to reach out my Primary Health Care practice.

Video calling is so simple to set up, and secure messaging is super-easy and helps keep client messages secure. Since last June, Spruce has dropped a call only once.

The phone feature is too confusing for me to figure out, so I don't use it. I cannot send audio files to clients.
