  • Pros

  • They are able to simply log in and test the quality of their mic and video prior to appointment to ensure a quality and secure telehealth appointment.
  • I love how they have a free option if you don’t use the products as often as others. I love that it’s so easy to send the link to your clients.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes based on internet service providers, the service can be slow. But this is an outside problem.
  • Sometimes the connection is bad but I don't think it's a software problem it's usually the person on the other end has bad internet.

  • HIPPA compliant and easy to use. Also allows you to have a separate business line from your personal line without multiple phones.
  • It is affordable, HIPAA compliant, reliable and the customer support is decent, It is easy to navigate through the system well.
  • Cons

  • You have to have a cellphone to use the phone feature, there is no softphone for laptop/desktop for direct calls, you have to dial through an intermediary number.
  • Some functions are not easily implementable such as blocking unwanted phone numbers or rerecording personal messages, though they do explain it quite clearly on their APP customer guide.
