They are able to simply log in and test the quality of their mic and video prior to appointment to ensure a quality and secure telehealth appointment.

I love how they have a free option if you don’t use the products as often as others. I love that it’s so easy to send the link to your clients.

The simplicity - it's great that the client does not need to download and install anything - not all clients are very computer savvy.

Sometimes based on internet service providers, the service can be slow. But this is an outside problem.

The software and app were both fairly useful until last week weeks. Customer service has always been difficult to access.

Beware that at the front end they state that the initial $49 monthly fee is nonrefundable. So I doubt they will refund my initial fee.

I have paid for an annual membership (paid through Nov 2020) so it seems that there will be no refund. But I will not be renewing and have already started using another platform.

It is easy to use - a lot like Skype, and it is HIPPA compliant.
