HRS Review: SummitWest Care RPM/TH Program

HRS has been woderful to work with! Especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who is always very helpful in answering our questions, sending and reviewing quarterly reports and keeping us in the loops with HRS happenings. We like that our ideas are valued!

PROS

The Blu-Tooth features are extrememly helpful for our clients who are older and not familiar with technology. The simple kiosk screen is user friendly and helps relieve some of the fear people may have with bringing technology into their homes. Of course, the real time results are critical!

CONS

It would be nice if the software would stay updated more frequently with automatic features. To troubleshoot this ourselves, we update the tablets before installing at a patients home. When patients have problems, it is usually an update issue.

We did not need to reach out to other vendors because we knew we wanted HRS at our first call!

Good product, great service. Overall the best available

Overall experience is a 4.5 out of 5. The Client relations and customer service is top notch. The response time for most all issues has been not only impressive but incomparable to any other software provider. The issue we experience is the lack of a voice with the development team and reporting department.

PROS

HRS software allows you to perform remote patient monitoring for multiple use cases.

CONS

Reporting and data analytics is HORRIBLE and worse than most of the other top players in the field. It makes no sense why a report cannot be created or analytics cannot be obtained if there is data in a field. Worse, there is no forum for clients to place requests for features. The video calling feature is promoted by Sales but then discouraged during Implementation. The incoming calls feature is not usable and needs to have a high priority in being fixed. More importantly, if your Implementation team tells the client to not use it, it shouldn't be advertised by the Sales team.

Helpful in giving us a snapshot when we aren't in the home.

overall the experience has been acceptable.

PROS

Product is pretty easy to use. Setting it up takes a little time, but for the patient, its pretty simple. You have ironed out some of the kinks of the past. The colors should stand out more, so that the user knows when they have completed a task.

CONS

educational videos are not great. The screen is small, and the videos could be better, and more educational.

Provides excellent customer support!!

PROS

Customer support from initial contact through training and integration was top-notch. The sales team worked with us to find a plan that fit our budget. The training team were responsive and available when ever we needed them. Integration was taylored to our current staffing situations and was not rushed at all!

CONS

Intial role out training for staff was overwhelming to them. As the first introduction it was too high level and caused the staff some anxiety.

The attention, availability and willingness of the initial sales team to work with us to cost wise as well as results and information provided on success of others using the product in regards to decreasing hospitalization and ED visit rates.

Great responses, help desk is the best. always available.

PROS

The ease of use for patients. Patients have little difficulty using products, unbreakable. Little more frustrating with staff.

CONS

There are a lot of filters used and glitches working with other systems. Not all apps work as advertised causing frustration with staff and patients. Integration is difficult - work arounds needed often.

One of the best RPM vendor on the market

Loved working with HRS. All the way from the sales to implementation to leadership team. Totally customer friendly innovative organization. Very flexible and they are not just after the money. They really care about their customers and the patients.

PROS

Easy to use. Very patient friendly vendor. Amazing support and quick turnaround time

CONS

There were some compatibility issues with a third party vendor but HRS is working on a resolution and it will be released in less than 6 months time

Concordia Telehealth

We are overall very pleased with HRS. The equipment readings are reliable and easy for the patients to use. The video is clear and providers are pleased with its clarity.

PROS

The video visit feature is very clear and easy to distribute links to others.

CONS

The warehouse and delivery process is very unorganized. We receive no notices for kits that are delivered / returned or receive notices that equipment is missing when it has been returned to the warehouse and redistributed to another patient. We are looking forward to the integration of the order/delivery site and the HRS ClinicianConnect site.

Prior vendor had no plans to incorporate virtual visit capability.

Peace of Mind

PROS

The product is impactful in regards to provider visibility of the day to day vitals and condition of the patient. The most helpful driver of patient enrollment is the peace of mind it provides to the patient having someone "looking out for them" as well as the relief for family members and caregivers.

CONS

Would love more opportunity to track inventory but per the HRS Rep, that is almost going live. The video virtual feature works with patients that are tech savvy or with good reception only.

Easy for patient to use. Still despite its ease of use, many patients are afraid and overwhelmed by it.

BP cuffs need paired frequently. BP cuffs hurt the upper arm. Have to question often if the results actually obtained by the patient are accurate

The best thing about HRS are the support reps. They are excellent and we appreciate them.

Monitoring patient, calling if problems may decreasing in some in home visits.

PROS

Daily alert when patient does not enter their informatlion.

CONS

was hard to retrieve a complied list of vital signs. Getting the progress to allow me to open up for more than 1 day at a time. it just keeps spinning.
