About Panther

Panther is a web-based software designed to help lawyers, astrologers, tutors, fitness coaches and physicians build an online consultation marketplace. Businesses can connect clients with experts via audio or video conferencing, screen sharing and text messaging in real time. It allows managers to add and edit details about various service providers including availability and consultation fee, send push notifications regarding care plan updates and process payments on a unified interface. Panther also lets medical practitioners collect patients’ medical history, receive appointment reminders as well as add private consultation notes for colleagues.

A comprehensive product with several functions

We have a very positive experience with Panther and all Jungleworks team. Product is customized to our needs and white labeled to our company and all the team is very professional and supportive with our needs. A very good experience.

PROS

One of the points that we like most is how customizable the product can be and the range of white label solutions that Jungleworks can offer. It definitely helps us to have a good product, adjusted to our customer needs.

CONS

We still have a few functionalities that would great if they could be developed and implemented soon, like Booking Rescheduling. That's going to be something nice for the product, adjusted to market needs and good for our operation.

The best online consultation marketplace

We have been able to get all our business needs enabled by Panther and are being supported by a technically strong product team who have provided exceptionally dedicated customer service and are invested in our success

PROS

Panther includes all features needed for online consultation marketplace with features for extensible user profiles, listings, online chat, call, video. It extended its boundaries by including content in form of posts, classes, courses, events to complete a comprehensive social media based expert community solution. The customer support is extremely helpful and the product team is truly dedicated to hearing the customer needs and rapidly include them in the product development roadmap. Kudos to the team for making this an accessible and affordable option for implementing a complete marketplace at fraction of cost and time.

CONS

The product is still under development and constant improvement. Our team would like to see more flexibility and customisation in the design of the mobile application landing page and adding more content highlighting options. It's super helpful to see our earlier suggestions already developed into the product by the Panther team.

THE WORST IDEA JUNGLE-WORKSI do not recommend this SaaS because it is not what it seems. It requires

Everything normal until that moment... but from then on, more than a kick off it was a nightmare. They give us a platform with a complex administration portal and they don't explain anything, they take between 7 and 15 days to answer any doubt, after demanding it a lot (more than 2 months) they give us a user manual of another SaaS where most of the doubts or problems are not explained. They put us a group of executives to help us in the resolution of problems but they do not solve anything and it is reiterative the demand to fix the same issues that they do not solve and ask for them again. The Apps do not work, the platform never stops being in test mode, it is still badly translated despite sending them lists with the changes (you can't do it yourself). The map location does not work, the synchronization with the Google calendar does not work, the payment system does not work by Stripe, PayPal, there is no way to explain how to solve a single problem.... in 5 months have not solved any of the serious problems submitted beyond some translations, it is more during this time we have hung up the market more than 5 times and have stopped working several tools and Apps.

Looks great but is not what they sale, all problems, no solutions

CONS

There are not a user manual to can conform it and there aren't a real support to can develop the SaaS.I do not recommend this SaaS because it is not what it seems. It requires in any case of a support team that does not solve, it is not that they go at another pace because they are Indians, is that they do not give any coverage, they do not have a manual within the system that allows you to freely configure the market and when you ask they do not solve. It is not reliable no matter how much AWS they use. The loading speed is slow and has thousands of small technical problems that they have to solve because from Administration you can not. They are a disaster. I give them a 0 to everything because there is no other way to see it.

Cause we thought we can integrate it with other APIS, like Google calendar, Google maps, Stripe, PayPal, etc... but finally we couldn't

Because hatch do not have connectivity with Google Calendar

Good Platform

PROS

-Feature rich & user friendly -Automated payouts is a great advantage for me, not having to manually disburse the commissions each time -Website design, it's look and feel! -The customer support is quick and responsive.

CONS

I don't have much to complain, starting & scaling up this is the best platform i came across. Though there are one or two features that i wanted, they have it in their future product development plan though.

Good marketplace tool though check if it has language and functionalities you need twice

We are lucky to have fantastic Customer Support/Customer Success Manager. That really helps.

PROS

Set up timing is far shorter then development of a marketplace platform in-house.

CONS

There are lots of things missing - language issues, on-line payment methods missing, lack of flexibility with meetings slots set up, login/register screen setup (looks bad, but we cannot change it)
