It's a great tool to go back and comb through if an issue comes up. Patient's also love texting and this is the first opportunity we've had for them to be able to text our main number, super helpful.

The patients love the convenience of texting our office and the employees love that they spend more time hands free and not stuck to the phone all day.

Connected almost 100 percent of time. Rhinogram I am connecting only about 75percent of time, which has been disappointing bc I would have to follow up w phone call to finish my “virtual appointment.

Forget about getting your own records, there is no way to downlead client demographics or information.

New plan requires selecting by deadline OR they will hold all your clients information hostage and restrict all access to even their demographic information which is illegal and unethical.
