It is also difficult to reach an actual support person, it usually takes a day or two for them to respond. Last year when weI wanted to change to another company they told me that I need to notify them over 60 days in advance. They send you from one to another person and nobody does anything to solve a situation. We recognize that delays in medication delivery can negatively impact patient care, which we strive to avoid. As such, starting one month before a DEA expiration date, RXNT provides proactive alerts in customer accounts to update required information and maintain system access. RXNT requires 60 days' written notice of termination before a subscription’s renewal date, as outlined in our Terms of Service. In 2025, you requested cancellation and in 2026, your account was canceled accordingly. After your subsequent renewal request, we have worked hard to restore access to your account. However, DEA verification was required and can take time. Regarding pricing, every year we continue to invest in product enhancements, new features, and ongoing platform maintenance. To support these improvements and rising operational costs, we periodically adjust pricing. However, our E-Prescribing software pricing has increased by just $15 over the last decade. I also appreciate that I am able to view which pharmacy is being utilized to refill/ send new scripts as well, to aid in helping the patient identify which pharmacy (myself as well) is being used to refill medications. The pharmacy listed also includes the phone number, and pharmacy location, which is convenient. #### Cons What I like least about RXNT is that patients are often times listed more than once in the system, resulting in duplicate entries. I use several different EHR and RXNT is by far my favorite. The customer support is outstanding! The application itself is very secure, easy to use and ensures patient records and patient managment are complete. I always recommend to new clients!! #### Cons There truely is nothing I dislike about RXNT. Overall, it has been good as far as being able to sit in controlled substance orders for nurse practitioners that I supervise. Training was adequate and overall there was helpful support staff. I liked that you could send multiple orders at a time for one patient. The support staff was readily available and was able to resolve some issues quickly, even while I was out of town. #### Cons I did not like that.
