This voice is quite familiar from many YouTube videos.

Tried this voiceover specification with students for a project and fancied it a lot.

Pros

You would be amazed to learn how many YouTube content creators use Google Cloud TTS for voiceovers. It is just convenient and sounds undiscernably human. Free credits and starting balance does good enough to set your foot in the world of amazement.

Cons

Starting balance could get renewed more often for us educators so we can introduce the wonders of AI to our students.

Simplistic tool for the transformation from text to speech

Overall it is simple and good for basic tasks

The API is very simple and easy to implement and integrate. Not much effort or skills are required. Even beginners can use it with ease.

Cons

The API on the one hand is simple but on the other hand not much efficient. Random error occurrence is annoying.

Its a very useful tool to have and use, however it requires some technical skills to operate effectively.

I mainly use in community service activities to translate word into fluent audio, hence it is a real help to persons with disabilities. The different accents and vices offered is a plus, you can go deep or high pitch depending on the nature of the task at hand.

Cons

Its somewhat time consuming to input words and and require good coding skills.
