Very bad experience once I am encountering a problem with the software. This is because there is no real person to help as customer support.

I don't know what the reason is, but sometimes the mistakes do not appear even after pasting the text on Ginger. Also, I feel that it's premium version is a bit expensive.

Talkatoo does seem to struggle some with numbers and is inconsistent. For example sometimes 3.42 will be written correctly and other times it might transcribe “3 point for to.

The only problem is the punctuation and capitalization - essentially grammar is not always what I would type - some errors that I need to go back and correct.

Far superior to other dictation software that I have used and excited to continue using the product as I get better utilizing the product and the product becomes more refined with time.
