  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use on the user experience end. Customer support from the Brushfire team is outstanding.
  • Sign in was amazing! so easy. The data at the end was super useful as well.
  • Customer Service is top notch. They have been so helpful answering questions and helping us customize to our needs.
  • Cons

  • Pulling reports feels confusing and hard. We had a hard time figuring out how many tickets were meal tickets versus tickets.
  • Sometimes the layout of content and where to make edits is confusing. There might be a more intuitive layout option.
  • There are only a few minor things that have been an issue such as the inability to take certain options (like access codes) off of the page. It has been confused multiple times for promo codes.

  • Customer service is outstanding and the ability to customize different user experiences is appreciated.
  • I have really enjoyed our experience so far. Their customer service is excellent and the functionality is great.

  • We have had a horrible experience with Cvent. Our industry is in crisis mode due to the pandemic and they will not work us at all.
  • I think they are scrubbing the negative reviews to keep a high number of stars to dupe potential clients.
  • I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.
