  • Pros

  • They are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Having worked with other event platforms this makes a huge difference.
  • I like the ease of use on the user experience end. Customer support from the Brushfire team is outstanding.
  • The pricing is fair, and there are only two price models, so it's simple enough. It's exactly what it sounds like, and it's great.
  • Cons

  • Pulling reports feels confusing and hard. We had a hard time figuring out how many tickets were meal tickets versus tickets.
  • Sometimes the layout of content and where to make edits is confusing. There might be a more intuitive layout option.
  • There are only a few minor things that have been an issue such as the inability to take certain options (like access codes) off of the page. It has been confused multiple times for promo codes.

  • It's super easy to use for myself and the customer, the reporting is great and it looks really professional.
  • You do not have to pay for what you don't use. All our administrators appreciate its ease of use, the ticket users appreciate that it is mobile friendly.
  • After looking at alternative online ticketing solutions we were initially drawn to TicketTailor by their competitive pricing, but they have proven to be great.
  • Cons

  • Cancelling events - sadly we had to cancel some events due to Covid and this was a manual process of finding and cancelling each ticket then refunding in PayPal.
  • Occasionally need to manually resend ticket when someone doesnt recieve ticket. No warning if you go over subscription tier ticket limit, just upgrades automatically.
  • Only thing is the lack of familiarity our audience has with the brand.
