  • Pros

  • They are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Having worked with other event platforms this makes a huge difference.
  • I like the ease of use on the user experience end. Customer support from the Brushfire team is outstanding.
  • The pricing is fair, and there are only two price models, so it's simple enough. It's exactly what it sounds like, and it's great.
  • Cons

  • Pulling reports feels confusing and hard. We had a hard time figuring out how many tickets were meal tickets versus tickets.
  • Sometimes the layout of content and where to make edits is confusing. There might be a more intuitive layout option.
  • There are only a few minor things that have been an issue such as the inability to take certain options (like access codes) off of the page. It has been confused multiple times for promo codes.

  • My overall experience with vFairs was OUTSTANDING!!! The customer service we experienced with our project management team was top notch, especially when I take the time difference into account.
  • It was fun, functional, easy to use and extremely versatile. This is an awesome product with EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY support staff.
  • Great experience and worth the price. It was great to work with the vFairs team and they did everything in their hands to make our event a success.

  • Events are all about the user experience, and unfortunately the functionality and service standards were so poor that the UX was severely compromised.
  • There were occasional message lag from rooms you may have left or are in. I personally missed a chat with a recruiter because of this bug.
  • There were some issues with the chat booking function, but again could have been user error. We had such a high demand for chat, that we were not as prepared as may be we could have been.
