It's easy to set up a series of events (collections) and you can have different ticket types. People can "follow" you so they get an update when you create new event. They promote your event with similar ones across the site. The few times I had to contact customer service went well. It's easy to email all registrants #### Cons There are two main drawbacks. One, the site is so complicated that you can fall down a rabbit hole just trying to change one detail. Two, while you get a lot, the fees are very high and they keep going up. Either your guests cover them or you have to. We ultimately went with another platform, Zeffy, where fees are optional. Another lesser issue is the Organizer app doesn't have much functionality beyond checking people in. Customers can also easily and quickly purchase tickets to events by just clicking a link. I also love that events can be discovered by potential customers just browsing the site. The ability to charge customers the Eventbrite fee is a great optional feature, fees are extremely fair if you decide to not charge them outward. The payment process is fairly quick as well and every report is easy to find. From using the platform to book onto events as part of my MBA programme to booking tickets for the family, the platform works well. I have never required support from customer service, such is the ease at which the platform can be used and the confirmation emails received after placing a booking is useful, especially with tools to quickly add events to your calendar. As an end user the value for money is exceptional, as no service charge is payable in my experience, when making a booking. Also, it prevents people from signing-up for two sessions at the same time which eliminates the scheduling chaos. I love how I can handle sessions and sign-ups all in one space rather than having to use 10 different applications. I'm glad to say that linking Salesforce into Eventbrite seems to be working as well as I haven't seen anything break yet. And, yes, the navigation is a bit easier than what they had prior. #### Cons They still will not allow you to create an audience segment based on who owes money yet, which is causing me a ton of problems with my accounting.
