  • Pros

  • Great for the consumer because it is easy and right on your phone. Great for the hosts because you can keep track of everyone.
  • Eventbrite's application is amazing to book/organize events and sell tickets seamlessly for a small charge. User interface is nice and easy to follow.
  • I'm happy with Evenbrite, both in terms of features and ease of use. The few times I've needed help from customer support they've been quick and helpful.
  • Cons

  • Horrible customer service. We are unable to log into our account to see who paid for the event.
  • They have refused to renegotiate the contract but also refuse to release funds so we can pull off our event.
  • It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this software. I used another very un-user friendly before finding Studio Director and I couldn't be more thankful.
  • I also love that your customer service takes feedback and requests from me and other studios and is continually improving to better serve our needs.
  • Their customer service is some of the best I, personally, have ever received (Pam is awesome!). They respond quickly to any questions we have and their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
  • Cons

  • It is too expensive especially when charged extra by the Studio Director.
  • Inability to apply SPLIT payments with Autopay feature. Inability to select ACTIVE, INACTIVE, or PROSPECT for each family/student (which results in paying for inactive students).
  • The only worry with that would be missing someone, and it creates extra work- which was what we were trying to avoid in using TSD.
