Eventix should be developed and additional features would be great for email integration.

It is straightforward and easy to use. It is great to work with, clear and very functional.

Hard to say; I haven't used it in depth. No unconveniences thus far.

The only thing that was annoying is that if there is a field missing they do not point it out and I had to look for it myself.

When it works then its okay. Its all about the error handling and complaints and the handling time etc.

I needed to learn more about it's functional use and features e.g. data allocation etc. I wasn't sure how to add a background image to the online ticket.

The product has great capabilities to deliver more than we need too. Knowing our money is here in Australia is also a plus.

One was used a lot in the theatre space and we used it for over 6 years but it was hard to train on and clunky to use. We then moved to another where we were promised so much and it failed to deliver.
