  • Pros

  • My overall experience with FareHarbor has been wonderful. The staff has been proactive in anticipating my needs.
  • The price is awesome, they did the entire setup and product creation for me for free, and when I have a question or need an update, they are Johnny on the spot to take care of it.
  • It is easy to use with great reporting and their support is undoubtedly the best I have ever experienced and their entire team is a pleasure to work with.
  • Cons

  • There is also the inability to delete several bookings for the contact during the same Order. This is annoying and time consuming when the order has 10+ bookings.
  • Now Fare Harbor is single handedly destroying what we worked so hard for. I have spoken with several representatives of the company.
  • Their unethical behavior of stealing a hosting customer from a referred client.

  • User friendly interface, easy to navigate and understand ensuring a seamless experience for all. Versatility and customization, secure payment processing, the academy, and great customer support.
  • Great usability and design helped me to create confidence with my clients in the payment process. Now, I'm expanding my services and I'm so happy to be allowed to continue using this software.
  • The ease of implementation was of paramount importance to me. We have a very small staff and to know the program is easy to implement and manage was very important.
  • Cons

  • The same gateway provider is some sketchy company that triggers all kinds of fraud warnings.
  • Our number one complaint from our customers at this point is the frustration with our payment system. They are told they are paid in full, then add something and cant make payments any longer.
  • Receipt Number appears ONLY on the confirmation email we receive when someone pays. On the payment dashboard there is no place where the receipt number of each transaction can be found.
