Pros

Customer service is top notch. Ease of use love the iPad app and I could use out in the field which is a plus.love it and I tried most softwares out there for cellphone repair.

Cons

Don't really have none. They're working on the web based version so that's not a con if they're working on it.

Repair Spots

Pros

The mobile app is great, it has all the features you need and they’re constantly updating it, not only that. If you have an issue, find a bug or have a feature you really want, all you have to do is let them know, bugs are fixed straight away and features are added very promptly. Very impressed, the app just continues to improve very quickly.

Cons

The only con I can really think of is the fact that there isn’t yet a web version that can be used on the computer. But that is currently in production and apparently is expected to arrive in May, which is amazing.

Easy to use and great pricing

I love that they are constantly adding new features to improve the software. To be new in the POS industry they have done an amazing job. Really looking forward to see what they come up with next. I would highly recommend to any shop. And by the way it is super affordable

Pros

I like that it is very simple to use. I love the interface. It has brought a lot of value to my shop. I had tested a few other software out there but they where over complicated and hard to use

Cons

It’s hard to say . There have been things I don’t like but once I comunícate with the developer he is always listened to my feedback and quickly reacted .
