Cancelling events - sadly we had to cancel some events due to Covid and this was a manual process of finding and cancelling each ticket then refunding in PayPal.

I have been VERY pleased with Ticket Tailor. The customer service is excellent and readily available.

Occasionally need to manually resend ticket when someone doesnt recieve ticket. No warning if you go over subscription tier ticket limit, just upgrades automatically.

I like the analytics of it, it ability to add photos, text and more. It links nicely with other platforms.

There’s also not an option to cancel a single ticket if it’s part of a larger order so we need to do a weird manual work around here.
