  • Pros

  • Ticket Peak, is easy of use is outstanding and they may not have every bell and whistle some of the more expensive ones does have, it is very stable.
  • The ease of use for the customer was outstanding and worked well. Also Customer service was the best on any software I've used.
  • Cons

  • Some of the weaknesses have been addressed and they have added to what you can do over the past two years.
  • It’s sometimes difficult to remember how to do infrequent tasks such as issuing a refund.

  • Tripworks is easy to use and the support team is great.
  • It was the best decision we made for our business, and as much as I think that I want all of my competitors to switch, I hope they don’t find out.
  • Cons

  • Currently, after the deposit is paid and the tour has been completed, the screen that comes available for the client has percentages of the booking to pay toward a tip.
  • There is no invoicing option allowing us to provide quotes. Parts orders are difficult to enter because they are not itemized.
