The 'Help' facility is good and the customer service is excellent. I got a phone call from them a few days after I registered simply to see if everything was ok and to make a connection with me.

We were told about it by another local company ( Concept Players ) and I was charged with finding out what they could for us.

Every feature we required, easy to use interface and guidance, fast site, great pricing, nice looking front end for customers.

Ticketsource has opened up a vast wealth of online functionality which helps us to promote and manage over 15 shows a year. WE thoroughly recommend this product.

Overall, whilst there is not some features of other Box Office solutions, the service and quality of product provided at no cost is excellent.

It seems to get stuck in one mode at a time. I have had problems with customers making bookings which Ticketsource has not notified me of.
