  • Pros

  • RDPWin has been very pleasant, it is a user friendly product- which can improve business performance and with the right time spent with the customer service- can improve efficiency.
  • The product is very good, and there is flexibility if you have ideas of your own to improve the product for your own company.
  • I liked the way the interface looks, it's very appealing. It's easily navigated and has a pleasant layout.
  • Cons

  • I also hate how not user-friendly it is. It is not an intuitive software.
  • No real 24 hr support without fees. Cant even upload a support ticket on the weekends or overnight which is kinda ridiculous.
  • We have tried some demo versions of other software but there was always something missing that we got with RDP so we have been sticking with it.

  • Whenever I have contacted Resnexus with a problem , first they always blame the platform.
  • In regards to the reservation system, it is a bit annoying that when I mark a checked-out, it does not take me back to the grid.
  • Resnexus is not able to make out correct guest invoices. I have my charges fixed, the same for each platform.
