Some features, for example pricings, are sometimes confusing to select, specifically for one tier prices.

Even after exposing some spelling errors on the widget, because they use automatic translations, they weren't willing to fix that.

So easily useful from website to booking creation. The support staff were so helpful and have always assisted me through the most complicated and the simplest of queries.

The price is the most affordable specially in this hard time because of COVID. It’s so easy to use and very convenient.

It should have auto correct. It could be a little confusing when first getting started.

I found very confuse for me the price catalogs because when you make a mistake it's impossible to erase the items you don't need.

Zaui software has been amazing for our online bookings. It considerably has lessened the workload of phone bookings and been very useful to connect with third party sellers of our product.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to change providers halfway through peak season, otherwise I would have.

The staff are exceptional at helping figure out any issues and getting them resolved quickly. API connects very easily and seamlessly with all the major OTA's.
