  • Sometimes find a few features a little tricky to get my head around on my own but that doesnt matter because the customer support is amazing and they always find a solution.

  • I wish I could customize a couple things, but overall it works really well.

  • Got all the features required for run our inbound tourism, Make life easy for reservation, finance & operations for FIT, Groups and Cruises

  • Technoheaven team is managing all the technical glitches very efficiently and they are coming every time with a perfect solution for any problem.

  • Merchant is unable to tag the bookings manually if the vouchers scanning takes time. The back office also do not give the vouchers QR code that enable ease if customers do not have the vouchers.
