Peek Pro is a cloud-based solution for tour and activity operators of all sizes.

The software helps activity operators by providing their websites with an online booking management engine and centrally manages online, offline and third-party reservations.

The software also allows users to create customized reports, track website analytics, manage referral channels and more.

Peek Pro allows for walk-ins, up-selling or cross-selling products and add-ons. Seats and equipment are allocated automatically at the time of booking. The software also provides real-time syncing, which helps users manage overbooking and cancellations.

Peek Pro users receive automatic reminders and follow-up emails. Users can also use the review collection tool to capture details of tours.

    We have been with Peek for about six months now and it has been great so far. This system is better optimized for our rental products and we have not yet seen an issue with overcharging- something we dealt with with our last booking system. Once we sat down and figured out how to use Peek, it ended up being really simple and user friendly. We really like how easy it is to add and remove availability for our boats in case one breaks, right from the calendar. It's been pretty good overall.

    Having switched over from GoDo, I have to say my staff and I are entirely pleased with PeekPro. The reservation process is so much simpler, the clarity of the backend was a huge selling point for us. My guides are elated at how easy it is to make bookings and check guests in. The support and customer service are also worth noting- they have been responsive and helpful- you are talking to real people and getting actual solutions. I highly recommend Peek to anyone looking to simplify and streamline their business.

    We opened up for rentals on Sunday and using the back end of PeekPro was really easy. I was able to train my staff on the system the same day and we had no issues with our walk-ups. Onboarders have been great during the onboarding process making it a really smoother transition. Everyone has done a great job of answering my questions and responding quickly when I have needed any help.

    The onboarding experience with the support team has been great. The build-out of the account was quick and they were great at communicating throughout the process. They made the transition to using PeekPro quite painless. PeekPro has been easy to make changes and the system has been easy to use.

    My favorite feature is the Calendar it is very user-friendly. Not only is it user friendly but the peek software has saved me loads of time on the phone. Everything is automated and reliable.

    Really like the fact that PeekPro has the ability to display if a customer has received/opens an email. This really helps them communicate important information to their customers and also saves them valuable time and effort.

    Also the people working are awesome and so helpful. Originally came over from Zozi and really liked their product/services so he was scared that PeekPro would not be as easy or helpful but PeekPro has been wonderful and delivered every step of the way. Currently has 5 different businessnes with Peekpro and is extremely happy with the software and services provided by everyone at Peek.

    Cons

    biggest issue i had was with daily deals. Mainly my lack of knowledge and experience. But make sure to follow the help desk with these.

    Using PeekPro has been great so far. We opened up last Sunday and was able to do manual bookings with ease. I was also able to train up my staff on the PeekPro system on the same day. The onboarding experience with the team was really smooth and everyone has been great at answering questions or getting back to me as quickly as possible.

    i wish the IOS app and the Android app were the same to navigate. We have ipads and i have an android phone.

    It has been easy to train the staff on doing backend bookings which is saving a lot of time. This is their third booking software system and the transition has been smooth and have not experienced any major issues along the way.

    So far we booked one customer and we had no issues with the booking. The customer received the info, showed up to their booking, and had no questions during the whole process.

    I like the invoice link feature of Peek Pro. I take a lot of bookings over the phone.
    I like to negotiate pricing over the phone. Peek Pro gives me the option to send out a custom price and modify the booking easily. Customer can pay through the link instead of giving info over the phone.

    The system is very customer friendly and easy for customer to booking online.

    I am still learning the software and working through it to learn about all of the features

    Moving from Xola to Peek was scary, but the transition to Peek went extremely well. The system was configured to my liking, booking migration was smooth and seamless. Once I started going into the system, I became more familiar with the features and appreciated how easy and user friendly the system is for me.

    Cons

    Improvements: There are some features that I would love to see implemented. I would like the system to be more flexibile with payment methods (allowing full payments if within 7 days of activity date) for online reservations. Other than that, I am very satisfied with Peek.

    The Peek onboarding process was very easily explained and very thorough. I liked that everything was easy to understand throughout. Peek has been great, if there was a glitch it was immediately taken care of! The response time has been awesome and I really appreciate the check in's and follow up.

    The set-up process was good. The follow-up calls were very helpful. They kept everything on task and made the set-up easy to follow. The overall set-up was smooth and easy.

    Peek Pro is very easy to navigate and great ease of use. On the backend all of the option are clear and easy to get to. They are laid out and self explanatory.

    My favorite part about Peek Pro is the rentals feature. It allows the ability to select multiple times for one product in one widget. Also it allows the customer to see what duration is available for a specific time. For example if the customer wanted to book for an hour at 1:00pm but there is only 30 minutes available, the customer can see that the 30 minute duration is open and can book it if they want. This give them the flexibility to book what they want.

    The Support is great. I have called multiple times and they been very helpful. They are also very responsive.

    Sometimes the availability does load a bit slow. Also I would like an availability calendar widget for the rentals feature

    We were with several of Peek's competitors but were always looking for a better fit. We have been with Peek now for several years and we aren't on the look out any more. We started with them shortly after they launched, and there were some growing pains at first but in retrospect, it is really stunning how much they have grown and how often they roll out new features and functionality. I have found through the years that if I have a need for the software to do something completely new, all it takes is for us to mention it to the Peek team, and fairly quickly our issues are addressed, and a solution is implemented. I have never worked with another team that is so responsive to customer suggestions. Peek is invaluable to our everyday operations and is so integral to our growth and my sanity that I could not imagine working without them.

    Cons

    My only complaint is that there are so many new features rolling out that sometimes I cannot keep up. However, I am aware that the issue may have more to do with my own issues and not be a reflection of Peek at all.

    Onboarding Feedback - I shared the same opinion as well as the rest of the team in that we are very satisfied with the system. Everything went well from the initial day you arrived to the go-live date. The team training went well and you are responsive to specific changes or requests. Any small or major changes were immediately accommodated and resolved promptly. Peek team was flexible and made the transition to the system easier for us. It was a lot of work for both parties and we appreciated the effort. We are super satisfied with the results

    Improvements - There are some limitations to the off the shelf program. Configuration off the shelf fit pretty well, but there are features that can enhance our quality of life. Wish there's multi-day availability calendar to help with inventory management, currently can only view daily availability. There are minor glitches, but possibly due to our slow internet connectivity

    My favorite feature that we will be using in Peek is the fact that our Party Bus will be populating itself. It's the slow season right now but we are glad we got onboard with Peek before the busy season. I anticipate that it will save us tons of time and effort using the Peek system.

    My onboarding experience has been great. Our onboarder has been very responsive and has been taking care of all of our little tweaks.

    There are so many great features to Peek. If I have to choose, I would say, the rental inventory tracking feature. We rent golf carts and the companies that I have dealt with only allow you to track the number of inventory per category. This software allows me to keep track of the number of carts, as well as, individually assign carts by vin#

    The booking software saves time collecting information from the customer by phone and/or in person. For me, the most valuable time saver is the booking confirmation emails. Whether the booking is done manually or online, a ‘booking confirmation’ email is automated to the customer after the reservation is made. Peek Pro allows you to customize and detail everything the customer needs to know about their rental, tour, activity, etc., into this email. Our company requires the use of liability waivers and rental agreements. Being able to integrate this all into that one email is not only a time saver but a huge paper saver too!!

    Awesome experience with Support team and the timing was perfect! I was frustrated with my current rental software company at the time. Team reassured me that their company would be different by filling a niche that others were lacking. Team and the company have upheld that promise. They work with you to ease the transition and after. I could not be happier! Thank You team for introducing Coastal Carts Unlimited to Peek!

    Peek onboarding was great and thorough!

    I enjoy that peek is very open to the customer and clearly tells them whats due now vs later on the deposit feature.
    I like that you can have a photo next to the description, some companies you have to pay for that.
    The booking links are easy to share on social media so we can get even more boat rentals.
    I haven't had much utilization of the smart reviews yet but that is a feature I am excited for.
    Peek has been great. With my staff they print out the manifest and staple it to the rental agreement and the customers are set to go. Peek also saves us time from taking phone calls and booking over the phone!

    2 activities for one software

    I can have tours and bike rentals, with one software, have a calendar and the widgets

    the rentals software is not fully developed and we also have 2 branches and is a nightmare to set up every product to make the distinction for 2 locations .
    You cannot archive past activities uf they had bookings, so We have at least 2 unoque events every month so our list of activities is long and we can´t erase them at least.
    We are located in Mexico, so we need to have 2 languages set up and so far we have to do everything twice and the widget format doesn´t change to spanish, so our local costumers are not confident during the booking procedure.
