It has a great user interface as well as good automation, customer templates and  great API. Good for scheduled activities.

Having control of my booking platform and availability is key to running a small business and most importantly having AUSTRALIAN based help-desks, with key staff you get to know is FANTASTIC.

Set up was a bit difficult without a lot of reaching out to the development team and customer service. Because it is a pop-up, it is difficult to track conversions for PPC.

I'm french and my Company based in France, of course it can be difficult to use for those who don't speak english well enough.

Reports are useful including the manifests, and ability export. Promo codes, gift certs, categories and so much more are easy to manage.

Easy to use, plug and play, great support, beautiful, uptodate.

It is an absolute delight working with this app and it is definitely one of the booking solutions I keep on coming back to.

Overall it's a great website and i would recommend it. Hopefully we will have more tours on here in the future and we can use it more often.

We reviewed our 2013 selection notes in 2015 and trialed Rezdy and two other providers. Rezdy stood out in so many ways, but the flat and fair pricing hocked us.

Overall, we are happy with Rezdy and appreciate that they mostly stay on the ball with new integrations and technological improvements.

There is one report I work off that I can't go back a page without the app going down. This is the only problem, though.

A very comprehensive, easy to use software which makes managing booking and communicating with guests as seamless as it can be.

We run a unique experience, which rezdy caters to perfectly. The voucher and codeword features are fantastic to allow us to run special promotions.

But this is rather the problem of the activity provider and not trekksoft and this is not a major issue. Further I dislike that tours have to be entered always in all choosen language.

My overall experience with TrekkSoft had without a doubt had been great. I am particularly happy with the customer service.

It is easy to use, the customer service is great. They respond very quickly and all the team, specially the Munich team has been awesome.

Once I had had all the information added to the program, I made some test reservations and it was really easy to use and could ask all the information that I needed to make a reservation.

What I mean by that is that the person complaining doesn't seem to be learning enough about the system to understand it but rather just complaining that things don't work.

Helping with any issue I got and he always respond really quickly which I really appreciate. Also I am not the most skilled person on softwares but he is always really helpful and pacient.

The Management, the Customer Success Manager and the Support Team are very reactive and efficient.

Their support line is also really great in helping you with all your questions.

The only feature that I had some problems with was the tickets, it was a little confused for me being English not my first language, to understand something's about it.

Great price, great platform, great visual content. Love the payments coming in once per month like clockwork.

What I like most is that the software is very easy to use and a lot of function are very useful to manage the experiences. Also it is very easy to create a web site.

The widget code to attach to your own website is not working on IOS, so people with those mobile devices may not book and you loose that sale.
