NIENTE.. in definitiva, abbiamo inviato più mail, ottenendo zero risposte.. compilato più volte il format contatti del loro sito, ed ancora zero risposte.. infine abbiamo chiamato il numero di cellulare indicato, anche in questa circostanza, zero risposte.. sono imbarazzanti, da 3 giorni, non otteniamo una risposta, oltre tutto, problematica segnalata anche da altri utenti..
