Pros
- We have great customer support from the Blacksmith Team. Blacksmith has an awesome community of users that help keep the tool innovative and fresh.
- Working with GoSimple has been a great experience. The team is always available to assist when needed and they offer solutions to help us improve our trade spend monitoring.
- My overall experience with FORGE has been mostly positive as it is a powerful tool in managing trade that offers excellent reporting capabilities as well as powerful search functions that save time.
Cons
- Some fields are a bit confusing and more time consuming than others.
- The amount of time for processing. The inability to delete/remove old programs.
- Putting in a new program- some features are difficult.
Pros
- I have had a few tech issues in the past, but the customer service has been fantastic and worked hard to resolve the issues. I highly recommend using this app.
- Their Customer Support has been amazing and they work with us to provide us what we need, help to ensure we are getting everything out of the platform, and are great partners in business.
- GoSpotCheck has just gone from strength to strength and the ease of use and functionality can not be faulted.
Cons
- The only problem i ever had with this app was trying to figure out how to start my audits. Once I figured out it was just touch and go, I never had another problem with it.
- Limited history retained. Uses up the battery for long missions.
