  • Pros

  • I have had a few tech issues in the past, but the customer service has been fantastic and worked hard to resolve the issues. I highly recommend using this app.
  • Their Customer Support has been amazing and they work with us to provide us what we need, help to ensure we are getting everything out of the platform, and are great partners in business.
  • GoSpotCheck has just gone from strength to strength and the ease of use and functionality can not be faulted.
  • Cons

  • The only problem i ever had with this app was trying to figure out how to start my audits. Once I figured out it was just touch and go, I never had another problem with it.
  • Limited history retained. Uses up the battery for long missions.

  • Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.
  • Jolt is amazing, I've used it with several companies that I have worked for and it is the only program I CONTINUALLY RECCOMEND. Great program and even better customer service.
  • The price is great and the training/support has been top notch. There is a ton of flexibility and customization in the system and we are really excited about all of the things Jolt can help us do.

  • It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.
  • This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.
  • I thought I had walked into the wrong restaurant.
