"What I like most is how easy it is to use, and if you're looking for instructions on how to do something specific, it's very easy to find the answer in the Help Center."

"Failed emails is upsetting when you have a large sales campaign that is time-sensitive, but every time the customer service staff are eager to help, timely responses and so nice that it soothes me!I have a hefty web of automation working with Zapier and that integration has been nothing but smooth - great segmentation and customer management."

"I haven't had website yet deployed for a domain for which I wanted to send emails from via mailersend but after contacting support (they've response was really fast, in less than 1 hour - despite the fact that the account has not yet been upgraded to paid one!), after several questions they've rapidly made my account activated."

"They say they perform a thorough check to determine the account's "validity." But they can't tell me where I failed the checks? And because I failed their criteria, my whole account is invalid??"

"They use their terms of service to manipulate customers into using their platform but when their platform sends 100% of your test emails to spam (or missing) and you know you've configured your DNS properly and have a reputable domain to send from, they don't care about that or when you request a refund for really bad service and results."

"This is waste of time and funds i have amazing skills for email management and marketing but this was the worst system ever and i wasn’t able to use it."
