  • Pros

  • The ability to design your own emails from a template or simply drop in HTML has been great for our company.
  • I am pleased that it has no daily limit for sending emails to your customers, clients, and subscribers. It also has an excellent categorization tool to manage your database well based on demographics.
  • Cons

  • They made things very challenging. I missed a few planned emails with specific deadlines due to not being made aware of the problems going on.
  • Getting to your templates can be annoying. When creating a template it often times stops working and you have to reset the page.

  • The deliverability is overall better than most providers and far superior to any shared host we tried. Their approach to separate marketing and transactional email flows is smart in that matter.
  • What I like most about this software is the ease of use, options are straightforward and easy to understand. The search tool is powerful and quick as well.
  • Cons

  • I was a bit frustrated : most SMTP integrations wouldn't work with their initial implementation of marketing emails, as it required to send custom headers along the e-mail.
  • It's a bit confusing at first to figure out where to find things, but once you do, it's a breeze.
