UI is great and this products gets my clients doing half the heavy lifting by making it EASY to seamlessly share my promotions with their friends and family .

Referrizer Helps Us Daily!
Referrizer is an integral component of our lead capture, review capture and email marketing efforts. We recommend Referrizer to all businesses - especially small ones like ours.
PROSThe lead capture component is a critical aspect of us getting new clients. Additionally, through the review feature we have built a strong online standing.
CONSReporting was an issue in the past, but the recent features and enhancements in this area have addressed the gap.

Don't even answer the phone for these folks
There are no pros for this company, don't waste your time.
CONSFor a marketing company they came on extremely strong, pushy and terrible listeners. They called me 3 times in one day, I told the sales person to email me information after the third call and instead he scheduled me for a webinar to which I was texted emailed and called to get on before I ever opted in. When I tried to explain how overwhelming and over the top this was, the sales person wouldn't listen and just kept talking over me to push his point and "re-schedule" me for their webinar.... And laughed when I finally raised my voice and told him that I would never be interested in their service if they did this to my clients as well. I would NEVER subject my clients to this kind of marketing BS schemes....

Contact your clients with targeted advertising
targeting my clients and getting my message delivered to their inbox rather then their spam or junk folder
PROSThis will contact your clients and deliver your message with accuracy and not ending up in their spam folder. My sales has increased with this advertising tool and highly recommend it
CONSsetting up the campaigns does take time and their support staff is great with helping me.

Glad we made the switch!
It's been great so far. We are still learning the ins and outs but again, with the great customer service and support we are chugging along.

Reasons for switching to Referrizer
Our last company had zero customer support and very poor customer service. Ongoing issues were not being attended to and the continuous changes in their structure made it very difficult to use. Also the leads we were receiving were not anywhere near our area rendering them useless. Not to mention we were paying 3 times the amount we are now paying with Referrizer.

Great rollout

Good value for money!
Have greatly increased the number of our reviews (from 30 to 160 in a year) and been able to weed out some of the negative ones.
PROSEasy to use use. Implementation and setup team were great. Ongoing training and support are great. Interfaces with our scheduling software (MindBody) so clients lists are automatically updated and automatically contacted for Reviews. Allows texting and emailing to clients.
CONSReferrals haven't really worked for us, but being able to collect reviews, and send emails and texts to clients meets our needs.

New Customer Set up
It has been a good overall experience and I believe to date I see and am getting appropriate value to continue. I think with more time using the system, I will experience even great value.
PROSThe product is very complete and intuitive. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] creates emails and offers for special days of the year that I can send directly to my customers and that is a great benefit. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has also been very attentive to my learning style and because of that I very satisfied with my progress and uptake.
CONSIt takes some effort to learn and get the most out of especially concerning campaigns for both text and emails and landing page development. I may not be there yet because I am a month into using the system but I want more analytics. Also, when beginning my service, all services were not available to me and that was a little annoying.

Superb support
As mentioned above, anyone can create a viable product, but when it comes to support and guest experience many people forget that this is as important and some times more important than the actual product they offer. Referrizer understands that very well. Higher management has done an excellent job in creating a company culture that has the above engraved in the company's DNA.
PROSFeatures keep on adding; Referrizer listens to your requests and customizes according to your needs. I have been with them for a long time and i have seen a ton of features added since I started with them. Most important out of all is something that many companies keep forgetting...their customer support is by far the best I have experienced. They listen to you, they assist you and they follow up!
CONSI would like to see negative reviews as they come in without logging into referrizer. I have to pay for a review software (Review Tracker) and I believe this is something that could be part of their feature additions to their suite of services. How about a menu management software that could be integrated with the customers' website?? We update our website menu and that updates, our iPad menu (for our customers), TripAdvisor, FaceBook, Google, etc

Text message campaigns was key here. Honestly, email campaigns haven't been very popular or effective for us. I also feel not that many ppl are logging into our wifi any more

Great tool to stay connected
I strongly recommend Referizzer to all businesses. It's easy to use and incorporate email, text and a loyalty program all In one. This one tool saves me a lot of time. Plus they are always updating it to make the features and email campaigns more user friendly and great for my clients to receive.
CONSThe email lacks a lot of design features. For example if we have an event we need to have the "add to calendar" feature.

Amazing tools for fitness studios
we love referrizer and so glad we made the move

Love the Texting
It is awesome to use this feature as it is quick and gets me onto other things
PROSThe ability to email, text, and log calls for each client while seperated into their own catagories.
CONSIt would be great if there was an automated way to have each customer acure multiple reward points. Example family has 1 contact but there are 5 children they should get 5 reward points each visit not the 1.

Awesome Marketing Software for Our Small Business!
Referrizer is very user-friendly, both for us and for our clients. We love all of the automation as it keeps our members engaged and keeps our business top-of-mind for them. We especially enjoy the ability to text people.. in today's world, that is absolutely key!
CONSWe have no complaints! We probably do not utilize as many features as we could.. We will look into some instructional videos to learn more about Referrizer's capabilities

Great Referral Tool

Great product
We've had great results and are finding new ways to use their features all the time.
PROSIt's multi-functionality. The wifi options & rewards program have been particularly useful in engaging our current clientele. We've tripled our referrals.
CONSThere is a learning curve to implement it. It did take myself and my team several attempts before we were able to use all of it's functionality.

Good product...just wish we didn't have to use their tracking number
It's been good. I don' know that we take full advantage of it as we should.
PROSI like the product and the many features it roles into one price. I just wish that we could apply it to our own phone number. I don't like having to maintain 2 phone numbers and feeling like Referrizer "owns" our phone number.
CONSThe limit on the characters in a text campaign is pretty small before getting bumped up to requiring more credits. And the fact that we have to use a phone number through Referrizer.
