  • Pros

  • It is great and very easy to use. I like it very much and highly recommend it for everyone.
  • Their design was top notch but they changed it and made it even better. They're constantly looking for ways to improve their product and service and their efforts are recognized and appreciated.
  • We've been using Buzzsprout for several years with great success. Amazing service at an amazing price.
  • Cons

  • I was worried my late payment would mean my archive would be gone and the hard work of two years would be lost forever.
  • Needless to mention that we had a previous service provider whose downtimes were unacceptable and response times were very poor.
  • I actually do not have a single complaint. I am close to a year in using this and have no plans on leaving the site.

  • It's an really good web editor. Innovative with SEO friendly media embeds, and provides good automated service with a nice group of editing tools.
  • Pricing is good, output is fantastic (given my awful input files), the speed of transcription is fantastic. Being able to change input timecode saved my day.
  • The documentation is excellent and the company is very good about responding to questions. Finally, it is unbelievably affordable.
  • Cons

  • The only thing I can think of is an integration I tried to do that didn't work. It's stuck and I can't figure out how to cancel it.
  • Lack of data analysis tools, but they are not trying to buy that, is just an extra.
  • The pricing structure is difficult to grasp at first.
