  • Pros

  • I love this tool, I'm amazed at how useful it already is and there are many developments on the horizon.
  • It's like having my own personal scribe. The progress notes are accurate and comprehensive.
  • I think this will definitely help stave off compassion fatigue and burnout- which alone is worth the $70/month, in my humble opinion. Setup is easy, uploading is easy, and editing is easy.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint I would say I had with it is it misunderstood male/female voices and would sometimes misgender.
  • When the AI gets it totally wrong, it's very frustrating, and yet it's simple for me to dictate a note then and then upload it to get it corrected.
  • I regret that the cost is as high as it is when you are using certain types of notes with high frequency.

  • It's an really good web editor. Innovative with SEO friendly media embeds, and provides good automated service with a nice group of editing tools.
  • Pricing is good, output is fantastic (given my awful input files), the speed of transcription is fantastic. Being able to change input timecode saved my day.
  • The documentation is excellent and the company is very good about responding to questions. Finally, it is unbelievably affordable.
  • Cons

  • The only thing I can think of is an integration I tried to do that didn't work. It's stuck and I can't figure out how to cancel it.
  • Lack of data analysis tools, but they are not trying to buy that, is just an extra.
  • The pricing structure is difficult to grasp at first.
