Otter vs Sonix : Which is best for you?

We recently switched to Fathom, and the difference was immediate—full video recording on Google Meet, smarter summaries, and better action item tracking really leveled up our post-meeting process.

In meetings with layered topics or fast-paced discussion, Otter often lost the thread and produced generic summaries.

The interface is very user friendly and I like that you can download an entire folder insted of donwloading each transcript individually.

Secondly, the pricing structure is unclear and WAY too expensive for what it is. And my favorite part - when I reached out to support because I panicked when I saw what was charged to my account, they were VERY rude and antagonizing rather than just explaining to me why I was charged that amount and trying to keep me as a customer.
