In general my experience with the software has been too good, it has always provided me with the required information and has been adjusted to my immediate needs.

Just so easy to use and the quality has been superb. Stable product and very useful when dealing with texts and terminology that is new.

DeepL is the best translation software available in my opinion. The translations are very, very good and it is almost never possible to figure out that an AI translated it.

Translate is too easy,  great interface and mobile app.

The shortcuts for translating specific words quickly and the screen capture translation functions are brilliant.

I use DeepL every day to verify that my writing is correct with different clients who speak different languages. It is extremely useful, effective and simple.

Irrelevant notifications to get Deepl pro is annoying for me in my initial stages. I think that should be repaired as some of the students or professionals don't need pro version.

The experience is more than positive. I can use it both to better understand foreign languages and to express myself more credibly and truthfully with various partners and clients around the world.

Initially as a student I use the normal version of Deepl which is free of cost and helps me a lot. After getting job into Schaeffler, I started using the pro version of the translation application.

DeepL Pro is intuitive and offers top level traductions. It´s made my work a whole lot easier, and I gained a lot of time with the auto traduction features.

Thanks to the API, I can also include translations in software that I use every day. So I can make my WordPress website multilingual thanks to DeepL or even translate tickets in Zendesk automatically.

The accuracy is really amazing, much better than google translate for instance. It has a free feature that works perfectly for individual users.

In addition, its MAC application works great and in its Pro version, if you want to use its API, it is also extremely easy.

What I like the most is how natural and fluid the texts are, it doesn't seem like a translation has been used with them.

I am always impressed with how fast, accurate and easy to use it is.

I can have documents and files translated and edited in the snap of finger with DeeplL. Super easy to use and provides a quality outcome every time.

One negative aspect is that I would have liked to see the web traducer and the TAO tools available in the developers side of the product. But its not actually something I 100 percent needed.

Translations can be created easy and quick. I don't know any other tool that can produce better translations.

When you combine two segments, the MT result may fail.

Not only that, the security of the services are at the same level of the quality of its traductions, some documents contain sensible information and they were always well protected.

The only problem is that sometimes it crashes and I have to reinstall the software.

Not very much available languages in deepl I regret it, but enough to communicate with the most used languages.

Learning, understandable, easy to use and yes it makes very difficult task a quite simple through its translations.

I like copy paste, no limit of length, change translation regarding context. And most important the reliability.

To learn a language is quite difficult thing but to learn via such Platforms I'd quite interesting. My proficiency of German is actually getting better after using Deepl Pro.

Overview of status of the translations is fairly good, you can clearly see what still needs to be translated. Customer support was always super quick to respond and helped with a capable support.

I can get on-the-fly inspiration from my spanish colleagues this way, since the language is closely related to mine and they can do the same.

Missing reference to screens. It's hard for the client to properly grasp the context of a translation just judging by the key.

UI is partly very confusing and some things are very hard to find.

Reliable localization software, good UI/UX, clear structure.

The experience has become very terrible when they refused to refund me after I forgot to cancel the subscription. I contacted them and asked them for a very good pro-rated amount for them.
