### Awesome product

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Hotkeys are amazing feature while editing a huge list of entries. Integration with GitHub is very useful. Also convenient thing is automatic suggestions by existing translations database and automatic translations via DeepL. It's very handy when you add a new locale and after some time thousands of keys are automatically translated with quite good quality and translators need to make only some corrections.

#### Cons

There are some UX issues. For example long keys names are overlapped by user menu or when you edit the last entry in the list the pop-up menu is overlapped. I've send this issues into the support and hope it will be fixed soon.

#### Reasons for choosing LingoHub

Price is more acceptable.

Over 2+ your platform saved us a lot of time and frustration. Thank you.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The most amazing feature is that we can combine few different translation technologies from different parts of the system (in our particular case - Angular that uses JSON files and Django, that uses PO files) into one platform and it to translate to our colleagues in different countries. They do not need to worry about different editors or software to use to translate.

#### Cons

Uploading new resource files is easy, but choosing the language that is in the file is a nightmare - a huge dropdown list that loads very slowly

For simple Apps it's good but working with iOS and Android at the same time or dealing with plurals require workarounds. We are using LingoHub since a long time. Back then there weren't a lot of alternatives and all in all it's a solid platform. Nowadays there are other alternatives though that are quite innovative so I think LingoHub will need to release new features soon. Overall there weren't a lot of improvements during the time we've been using it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

- Setup is fairly easy and our clients are mostly able to handle the translations on their own without a lot of guidance. - Being able to connect repositories makes updating the translations easier - Overview of status of the translations is fairly good, you can clearly see what still needs to be translated - Customer support was always super quick to respond and helped with a capable support

#### Cons

- Missing/insufficient support for pluralisation - Missing/insufficient support for projects that are used between iOS and Android, projects can't really be used for both platforms at the same time - UI is partly very confusing and some things are very hard to find - Missing reference to screens. It's hard for the client to properly grasp the context of a translation just judging by the key. Would be nice if it could somehow be linked to actual designs - Search for translations/keys could be improved

#### Vendor response

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

I like the Multieditor language comparing feature that allows users to see other translations of the same project. This often gives me fresh ideas about translation decisions and techniques that I can implement in my work.

#### Cons

I'm using a second tab in order to search for already translated words in the current and all other projects of the same client in order to be consistent in translation, but I would like to have a term search feature on the same tab.

#### Pros

It was really easy to implement a translation workflow into an existing product. We set the translation files up in our frontend and synced everything with our git repository. The client had no problems to add translations on their own and to publishing changes was also no problem for the client with LingoHub.

#### Cons

The only thing we had a little trouble with, was the push/pull to master naming convention in the LingoHub backend. But this could be solved with a tooltip or instructions. Apart from that everything worked like a charm.

### LingoHub makes a product managers life easier 🎉

It's quite helpful and allows me to do things where I normally would need to involve engineering.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

As a product manager, everything I can do without engineering is a good thing. Especially when it comes to copy, which is a big part of design and thus of product. Being able to quickly change copy which is confusing to users is really great. Same thing is true for folks working in support. Also, when we ship new features, it's great that I can easily do the translations and adjust links quickly without the need to involve engineering.

#### Cons

UI could be a bit better, some things are quite hided (for example how to navigate back to the dashboard to create a PR). Same thing is true for some features (like pulling new data from the repo). But the support is always quick with responses and helpful. What we have not used yet is the collaboration feature on transaltions as we are working mostly in Slack so an integration would be helpful here.

Our experience has been top notch. We went from a solution that was labor intensive and poor quality to a service/solution that quickly got our entire site localized. > 15k translated segments spanning 23 languages and we've had very few complaints from our user base.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

Platform is easy to use and provides several tools/features to help manage translation segments. Support staff are attentive and work hard to provide assistance or fulfill special requests. System was very easy to integrate into our stack using Git Repository.

#### Cons

I'd like to see better order management features when selecting files to translate. Additionally, the Search filters could be more robust.

#### Reasons for switching to LingoHub

Poor quality translations and labor intensive process to load files between systems.

#### Cons
