All in all, I am happy with Nitro and would recommend it to anyone who needs fast translation and values their time and money.

Pros:

I'd like to recommend Nitro to anyone who needs a quick translation to multiple languages. You'll get your translation within 20 minutes in the most popular languages, depending on your text of course. So Nitro will be useful for translating daily newsletters, notifications etc. Unlike similar platforms, Nitro doesn't have a minimum order and additional payments for faster delivery. User-friendly UI.

Cons:

It would be nice to have an option to chat with the translator without sending an order to review. Also, I'd like to have more options, like additional QA, transcreation, or reviewing by a content specialist. I'd like to know more about the translator's expertise and have an option to create a list of favorite ones.

Great option for one-time translations

The experience is quite positive, it's the best feature if you need to translate a small text quickly, in several languages at once

Not much control over the translators, sometimes they ignore the requirements in comment, and there is no editor to catch it.

Multiple languages, responsive support, separate workspace for translators and their notes on the text.

Cons:

There are delays, but I wouldn't say that my case was critical. It might be worth improving the interaction between the translator and the client. Make a temporary live chat with the translator as an option for quick resolution of issues with translation context, formality, and technical abbreviations in the text.

Speedy Nitro

I like to use nitro as a support tool for translating or proofreading short parts of the interface. Due to the fact that we have quite a lot of languages, it is convenient to do everything in one place.

I use this service for fast translations

In general, it's a good service, but I think it should be used a system of double control of the outcoming texts from translators.

The best advantage is fast speed of translation and high convenience of service

Cons:

There's a leak of quality control, I received some translations with errors. The service has an option "send for revision", but it can be too late to improve it, as we need to provide our customers with a good product on the first try.

I needed translations for 10 different languages for my site, and Nitro allowed me to get this done very quickly at a reasonable price.

Quick translation services

In general, with Nitro, you get quick translation in numerous languages. It doesn't create any roadblocks in my workflow. In case you have any questions about the text, a native translator corrects the issues promptly.

The platform is intuitive so that you can order your first translation in a few minutes after registration. Most of my orders were ready within a few hours. Short pieces come within minutes.

Cons:

It is quite pricey for large texts. However, I guess, it depends on the target language.
