There turnaround time is excellent, often less time than what we're paying for (so we're often getting a better deal than we pay for) and their customer service is stellar. Anytime we've encountered issues, the team at Verbit tries to assist as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. #### Cons Occasionally a few words are misspelled, but that's my only "complaint." #### Reasons for switching to Verbit From my understanding, Verbit seemed to be a better deal.
