Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have been using it for only a month and I am delighted. It is ergonomic, easy to handle although it has tons of features and visually pleasant to use on a daily basis.
- I love the facility for making the quotes more dinamic for our clients, the customer service is amazing, no matter the time I always get a response from you.
- Very intuitive for us as a users, and visually attractive for the client. The team is super reactive and doing their best to improve the program daily, according to our needs.
Cons
- When I exposed that to the manager they denied to refund me.
- It had been announced to me for this period but it would seem that this is not the case and I regret it.
- I do not have enough recoil for the negative points. I am gradually learning to use it.
Pros
- That to me is really important when CS is able to understand the situation and make appropriate and timely resolution.
- Overall a good service, support personnel very responsive, patient and helpful.
- Also, the support team is amazing and always willing to make an effort with any inquiries. The integrations work flawlessly as well.
Cons
- Does not show all possible flight connections. Low-cost airlines are not displayed which might result in missing out on direct connections.
- It took a while to cancel l/rebooking via app, my other colleague is not able to do it at all thus i sent email to CS.
- No open jaw flights bookable, in this case I have to book all flights individually.
